ANNA’S VISION
I am Anna Bouhail, an expert RE facilitator with 15 years of experience. Many of you know that I recently faced some challenges, which affected my performance, as I was working to manage a new health condition and adapt my business accordingly.
I’m thrilled to share that my efforts have paid off, and I am excited to finally introduce the © RE Master Class by Anna to the industry.
But it all started with help from the other side. Many nights, I contemplated why learners still struggle to pass. One such night, I heard the voice of my late Boet: “Your campaign principles are all fucked up, Sizza.”
Then I did what Anna does: I kicked the apple cart poes toe.
I stopped the in-person and virtual class format as I realised that learning could be far more effective in a step-by-step, highly personalised online environment. The content was designed and written specifically for online learning—it is not physical classroom material that has simply been converted into an online format.
However, I preserved everything I learned through years of teaching—the explanations, examples, exam traps, typical questions and even our jokes. The material is written as though I am sitting beside you and speaking directly to you, and every tutorial is presented by me. The class may be online now, but Anna is still right there with you.
WHAT ARE THE RE1 & RE5 EXAMS
The RE1 and RE5 regulatory exams are compulsory for many people who want to work in South Africa’s financial services industry. Unfortunately, many capable people—especially young people—struggle to enter the industry because the exams are difficult and traditional preparation can be expensive.

A COMPLETE STEP-BY-STEP LEARNING PROGRAMME
The RE Master Class is delivered through a state-of-the-art, user-friendly Learning Management System (LMS). The entire preparation process is mapped out for you in the correct sequence, including exactly when to complete each lesson, quiz, revision activity and Readiness Exam.
Every clause is explained in my own words to help you understand the content. The essential information is then condensed into focused Revision Notes, so you gain a proper understanding without having to revise unnecessary detail.
The content is organised using accordions, tabs and other learning aids that make it easier to navigate, understand and revise. Each lesson includes tutorials, diagrams, Revision Notes and other learning aids. Every topic includes a quiz with the correct answers and explanations to reinforce your understanding and support further learning.
Once you have completed the learning content, the programme guides you through the Revision Exams and Readiness Exams. These assessments help you identify any remaining gaps, strengthen your knowledge and determine whether you are ready to write the regulatory exam. You do not have to work out what to use or when to use it—the entire process is mapped out for you.

The RE Campaign Champ is the first step in your preparation and is provided completely free of charge.
Before you begin studying the subject matter, it helps you understand the regulatory exam itself. It explains the practical exam process, what to expect, how the different question types work and how to develop an effective strategy for preparing for and writing the exam.
This guidance is available to everyone because I believe every RE candidate should have access to it.
WHY I REBUILT THE RE LEARNING JOURNEY
Facilitating RE has always been a joy. Seeing the light in someone’s eyes when a difficult concept finally makes sense is incredibly rewarding—and it is what continues to drive my passion for teaching.
Although my learners achieved good results over the years, I still wanted to understand why some people continued to struggle. I had developed many valuable learning aids, but they were not always presented at the right stage of the learning process. Simply repeating the same information a hundred times is not effective. True understanding develops when a concept is explained in different ways and placed within the correct context.
I also had to step back and manage a serious health issue, which made it difficult for me to continue presenting classes as I had before. Although this was a challenging period, it gave me the opportunity to rethink the entire learning journey and transform everything I had learned through years of teaching into a better solution.
I rebuilt the program to offer learners a quicker, more affordable and highly effective way to prepare. The content is now presented in a logical sequence and supported by my explanations, tutorials, diagrams, learning aids and Topic Quizzes. The examinable information is then condensed into Revision Notes, followed by Revision Exams and Readiness Exams.
The entire process is mapped out for you, so you always know what to learn, what to revise and when you are ready to write.

PURPOSE OF THE REVISION NOTES
The Revision Notes form part of the RE Study Hub Preparation Program and are not intended as standalone study material. The online Master Class develops the understanding and application skills required for the regulatory exam through explanations, examples and more than 500 practice questions.
HOW TO USE THE REVISION NOTES
The section you must revise each day is built into the relevant lesson. You may follow it using your printed Revision Notes or read it directly from the screen. Briefly review the previous lesson’s notes before continuing. After completing the Master Class, revise all the notes again and then complete the Readiness Exam.
📢 ATTENTION: REVISION NOTES ALONE WILL NOT PASS YOU
You cannot prepare adequately for the regulatory exam using the Revision Notes alone. They contain the legal stipulations but do not include the interpretation, explanations and application skills taught in the online Master Class.
Although I have explained the content in the clearest and simplest way I can to make it easier to understand and absorb, there may still be times when you need some help.
